This quilt was made by April, a wonderful lady that works with my husband. She has been extremely supportive throughout our adoption process and she hand made this gorgeous "rag" quilt. I wish everyone could hold it - the picture is beautiful but does not do it justice. It truly is beautiful and is the softest quilt I have ever felt in my life!!! April tells me that it only gets softer with time and washings. Ira loves to snuggle - she's going to LOVE this quilt. April crafted it in all of Ira's favorite colors. I can't wait to give it to her and can't wait until her english is good enough to understand where it came from and how much love and time went into making it for her. It is truly a very special gift that really touched our hearts and I know Ira will treasure this for years! Thanks so much April!!!

WOW that is great. I love it how GOD does such neat things to bring a smile to our faces. It will not take long for her to understand. I can't wait to see you in Ukraine inabout 2 weeks. Time is going so fast but than so slow. If I could sleep more than 3 or 4 hours it would make it go by faster. hehehe. I will hit Ukraine and be so tired the time change will not matter.
